The District Probate Registry At York.
BE IT KNOWN that Albert Collard Gautier of 57 Trinity Road , Bridlington in the County of York died on the 30th day of December 1939 at the Infirmary in the City of Leeds intestate AND BE IT FURTHER KNOWN that at the date hereunder written Letters of Administrationof all the Estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal representative of the said intestate were granted by In His Majesty's High Court Of Justice at the District Probate Registry thereof at York to Claira(sic) Elizabeth Gautier of 57 Trinity Road aforesaid the lawful widow and relict of the said intestate. And it is hereby certified that and Affidavit for Inland Revenue has been delivered wherein it is shewn that the gross value of the said Estate in Great Britain (exclusive of what the said deceased may have been possessed of or entitled to as a Trustee and not beneficially) amounts to £1095-17-2 and that the net value of the personal estate amounts to £532-18-1. And it is further certified that it appears by a Receipt signed by an Inland Revenue Officer on the said Affidavit that £19-14-4 on Account of Estate Duty and interest on such duty has been paid.
